The employer rating portal Kununu has once again named us a "Top Company". We are very pleased about this, because only about 5% of all companies on Kununu qualify for this award. The best thing is that the award is not given by a jury, but is based on the ratings of people in Germany who really know GSC: Our employees, former employees and applicants.
What is it about?
The award focuses on topics such as leadership, corporate culture, development opportunities, work-life balance, working atmosphere, internal communication, environmental/social awareness and diversity - a broad and important range of topics that we as an employer actively work on in order to align these topics with our needs and circumstances in a modern, contemporary way and in joint dialogue.
Feedback as an incentive
As GSC, we want to remain an attractive employer in the future and continue to live up to the Top Company seal. That is why we see the award as both a confirmation and an incentive to continue building on our strengths as an employer and to seize shared potential for improvement. This works best in joint dialogue and by everyone getting involved to help shape their working environment. Our current 161 evaluations, resulting in an overall score of 4.2 out of 5 possible evaluation stars and a recommendation rate of 83%, show that we are on the right track as a group.
More than just an award
The Kununu Top Company award contributes just one of several puzzle pieces to the overall picture of our employer brand. We have a lot planned in terms of our employer branding. With our future personnel marketing measures, we will increasingly involve our colleagues in communication, further develop our employer brand with regard to social media and move closer to our target groups in recruiting.
